Download Instructions How to download your mp3. Once you have placed your order online: 1. Log in to your shop.soulsurvivor.com account and select my account. 2. The top box shows previous orders with the most recent at the top. You'll want your most recent order so click view next to the top item on the list. 3. You will then see the Order Information screen which lists what you ordered, your billing address and payment method, the order history (i.e. queued, complete, etc.) and at the bottom of the page, Download Links. 4. The name of the seminar or recording is the link. You have two options.           a. If you click the link as you would any other link on a web page, your browser will start to play the file using the browsers default media player (often, but not always quicktime).           b. If you right click the link you should see options for save link as or save target as or download link or something similar depending on your browser. Dont ever select copy link location, that won't help you much!           c. Choose the save link as option.           d. You should then get a box which asks you what you want to call the file. Enter the filename you want, making sure it ends .mp3 and in the box underneath ensure either mp3 or All Files is selected. This is particularly important if you are using Firefox as it will tend to save the file as download.php which, although it will actually be an mp3, won't be recognised by iTunes or Windows Media Player as such!           e. Click Save and you're done!
