Standard shipping is FREE. Your order will be dispatched 3-5 workingdays after you place it and will be sent using the Royal Mail SecondClass post service. For an idea of delivery times, see the table below.

If there is a problem with sending your order (an item is out of stock,for example), we will e-mail you to let you know and to tell you whatwe are going to do about it.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. It is your responsibility tocheck if Royal Mail are experiencing delays either locally ornationally and we cannot be held responsible if they are.
Please wait three days after the estimated delivery date beforecontacting us about a missing order. During that time, we recommendthat you ask your local postal sorting office if they have alreadytried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has beenleft with them.
You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct.If your order has not arrived three days after the estimated deliverydate, please email us at

Soul Survivor offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase please e-mail
shop@soulsurvivor.com and ask for a returns number.
We will then give you the returns number and our FREEPOST addressto return your item to. A replacement and any appropriate refund willbe sent as soon as the item arrives back with us. Please note thatclothing does not qualify for use with our freepost address.
