Aim - Providing encouragement and 'good food' for hard-working youth leaders. Acknowledging that their time is short and they no doubt also have many commitments in their life on top of their job (family, friends etc), this aims to give them something that makes them feel loved by God, encouraged in what they're doing as well as challenged to grow to be more like Jesus.
Theme - Overall coming under the Youthwork theme of 'Going Deeper'. The topics fall into the broad categories of deepening our relationship with God (worship), deepening our relationship with those around us (including evangelism) and deepening our relationship with the wider world (mission and justice).

What our boss says:
"Here are 80 wonderful devotionals to give structure to our time with God and help us drink at the spring of living water for ourselves. The aim is not to make us better youth leaders, but to help us to become better followers of Jesus. I wish there had been something like this when I started out." Mike Pilavachi
